McGill Express was built as a fully integrated digital platform supporting international students moving to Montreal. The system combines a Laravel backend, a Nextjs frontend, and a WordPress powered blog to manage relocation services, curated furniture packages, assembly workflows, and flexible delivery scheduling. The project included custom product modules, package builders, and a lead management system, supported by six months of targeted SEO and ongoing managed hosting.
