In light of the upcoming changes to Data Protection Law, we need to clearly define our policies regarding the collection, storage and handling of your personal data.

Why we collect your data?

We use your email address, should you choose to share it with us, for the sole purpose of sharing Net Pear Web Solutions news with you. It is never used for any other reason.

So what does this mean for you?

We will be holding your information on a database on MailChimp, which is GDPR compliant.

Can I unsubscribe?

You will notice that the monthly newsletters uses Mailchimp. At the bottom, you will see there is an unsubscribe button. You are free at any time to unsubscribe from the mailing list (although this will make it hard for you to know about our activities!) Opting in. No recipient of our newsletter will be asked to “Opt in” to any communications. This is because Net Pear Web Solutions has “legitimate interest” (but as we say everyone will have an “opt out” if they need it). This means we have legitimate interest to contact you as part of the business we are in. We do not share our data. Net Pear Web Solutions does not share data with anyone else, ever.
